I work at the intersection of leadership, higher education and organizational development.

My experience brings together consultancy, executive training, research and institutional leadership. As a Senior Business Advisor at Paeradigms and an accredited Resilient Leaders Elements consultant, I support the development of individuals, teams and organizations.

I hold a DBA in Higher Education Management from the University of Bath, where my research explored ethical leadership and employee work outcomes. That foundation informs a practical approach: understand the context, draw on evidence and make the learning useful.
