Start with a conversation about your situation and what useful progress would look like. Together we agree the focus, scope and working arrangements. Sessions create space to examine assumptions, consider options and plan actions that can be reviewed.
Experience behind the work
Amine combines higher education leadership, human resource management teaching, executive training and research. He is an accredited Resilient Leaders Elements consultant, and his DBA research at the University of Bath examined ethical leadership in higher education.
