How we work
Work starts with a discussion of your audience, priorities and workplace challenges. Workshops combine cases, facilitated discussion, practical exercises and reflection. Scope, delivery arrangements and ways to review progress are agreed for the assignment.
Experience behind the work
Amine delivered Innovation Leadership and Growth Mindset Culture training to more than 95 managers through the Professional Development Institute at the American University of Iraq, Sulaimani. His doctoral research and publications examine ethical leadership and knowledge sharing.
